There is a ribbed stretch fabric on the neckline, cuffs and hem that features black and white stripes. Down the front there are black shiny buttons and inside is a nylon quilted lining. There is an appliqu spell out in blue on the front of the jacket that says Capital and a 13 on the sleeve. The back also has an appliqu puma in the same colour way.
