5.After the Auction 5.1.Payment by Buyer 5.1.1.Propstore will notify the Buyer and send (by email unless requested otherwise) a payment invoice setting out the Purchase Price and itemizing the Hammer Price, the Buyer's Premium, plus any applicable Buyer's Expenses, applicable Credit Card / Debit Card Fee, or sales tax, within 7 business days of the end of the Auction
Prior to auction ample opportunity is given for the inspection of the Lots on sale and each buyer by making a bid acknowledges that he has, by exercising and relying on his own judgement, satisfied himself as to the physical condition, age and Catalogue description of each Lot (including but not restricted to whether the Lot is damaged or has been repaired or restored)
