If you end up with a chest that hurts every time you cough or inhale, thats probably not just normal smoker stuff. Toss in some fever, chills, or a cough that sounds like a warning signal, and youre likely looking at an actual infection
While there are better options, and this could stand to see some improvements (mainly quality control) I dont think its worthy of being called craptastic
