Anyone can make vermouth with imported spices, but we feel that it's far more interesting to use seasonal, local ingredients. The Space Between Words is made from a base of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Vidal, De Chaunac, apples, cherries, and blackcurrants.
