The vines are hand pruned and the grapes hand picked. It has a beautiful bead and a delightful colour, with a very slight pinkish hue. The aromas of apple and strawberry with a hint of yeast autolysis are very appealing. The palate is crisp, yeasty and very tasty with elegant strawberry and cherry flavours, leading to a refreshing finish.
