This extraordinary 100% Chardonnay wine is crafted by Dermot Sugrue as a heartfelt tribute to his brother. As Dermot eloquently puts it, "There is no fitting tribute to someone like Boz Cuve Boz, however, is my attempt." Sourced from the Coldharbour Vineyard in West Sussex, planted on chalk and flint soil in 2005, Cuve Boz is a pure
