Sterling Silver Star Nose Stud butterfly These gorgeous earrings add justA tiny, subtle star nose stud. A small, pretty polished star is set on a sterling silver bar. Each nose stud is carefully wrapped in tissue paper and placed in an organic cotton pouch with pearlised card gift tag. Please note: this stud is worn by placing it through the nose piercing and the little ball on the end keeps it in place. Non refundable and non exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.
