"La Dolce Vita" art adhesives or heat36" x 36", Acrylic on canvas. Unframed. I started this abstract weeks ago and quickly became disheartened and frustrated with it. I left it sitting in my studio. After a trip to Florence and viewing the priceless works at the Uffizi Gallery i returned and finished this painting in minutes on my first day back in the studio. I was clearly inspired by the colors in Botticelli's "The Birth of Venus". Stepping away from my studio and traveling always
