蛸引包丁は、刃が薄く、刃渡りが長いことが特徴です。 タコを刺身として切る際に、薄く切ることが多いため薄い刃の包丁が適しています。 タコ専用の包丁ではなく柳刃包丁同様、刺身包丁としてお使いいただけます。
