Arlo Botanical using just the free runArlo is a skin fermented wine made from Seyval Blanc and Vidal; orange and aged three weeks on skins before bottling. These grapes were grown and hand harvested by Douglas Backus and his family in Lincoln, Ontario, in the fall of 2025. I take comfort in the annual rhythms of fruit.
