This unused buckle was reportedly a promotional item that the previous owner's father had to mail away for. It measures 1. 5" x 2" and fits belts up to 1. 25" wide. The reverse is marked with "Captain Black America's #1 Pipe Tobacco. Solid brass. Made in the USA." It measures approximately 1. 5" x 2".
