From my personal collection, this is a 290x62mm (11. 5 inches!!!) western integral chefs knife in 52100 carbon steel with micarta handle. I bought this probably 7 8 years ago, before I had my shop, when Alex was still with Carter Cutlery, working under the Muteki label.
