Two Friends Fruited It’s incredibly juicyTwo Friends is a sparkling red wine we made in collaboration with our friend Meg, who owns Two Faces Bar in Guelph, Ontario. It's a blend of 2021 Blaufrankish and Rotburger, with 2025 Chambourcin and Cabernet Franc. The older wines were aged oak puncheons for 4 years, the Cabernet Franc fermented in clay amphora, and the Chambourcin in stainless steel. What's it like?: Two Friends drinks like a dry Lambrusco.
