Fresh juicy grapefruit and lemon pith run move into rich ripe spiced quince and pear all running alongside mineral acidity. The fruit for this wine was selected with a focus on freshness. It was then labour intensively fermented and aged in a carefully curated selection of oak barrels, bringing roundness and fine tuning structure and body. The balance of this wine is stunning.
